We accept Paypal payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, EnRoute)
Shipping is calculated based on the cart content. Go to the cart page, enter your country, state/province and zip/postal code to get shipping cost for your cart content.
A tracking number will always be provided. Packages ship with Canada Post from our studio near Montreal, Canada.
Products are printed and made to order in 2-3 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
I accept returns or exchanges of products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of package arrival. Initial shipping fees are not refunded. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our address in Quebec, Canada. Please send me a message and I'll give the exact return address.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT :
If the product arrives to you defective or damaged, please contact me rapidly with a picture of the product. Returns must be requested within 30 days of package arrival. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be sent to our address in Canada.
COLORS AND FABRIC :
Please take note that colors differ from monitor to monitor and from the monitor to the actual printed color as fabric does not "behave" like a monitor, it is 3d and catches light.
FINAL SALES :
These sales are final and can't be returned or exchanged : items marked as clearance, personalized pillow covers, personalized hoop art, personalized wall banners, custom orders.
All products feature original artwork by River Oak Studio, all rights remain with the artist.
